Who are these classes for?

Our classes are for adults who want to overcome fear of water. They may also simply want to learn or improve their swimming skills. We teach only adults.

What do we learn?

Swim Classes for Adults

Feel comfortable in any depth of water with Swim Classes for Adults. For instance, you will learn how to breathe with ease while swimming. You will also learn how to tread water. You can also join if you know how to swim but would like to improve.

I’m not sure which level should I join?

Book swim class for adults. We will figure out your level and action plan for you after your first class. We accept beginners and people who swim but would like to improve. There are always more instructors on the deck. It’s better if you underestimate your skills than overestimate them. They will cater to your needs.

When can I join the class?

You can join our classes at any time. We teach all year round.

How much does it cost?

Package of eight classes is $480.

Single class is $70

Private lesson $150

When do classes take place, what is the schedule?

We teach all year round. We have breaks only on major national holidays. Classes take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Below you can see the calendar for the current session. Click on a day and you will see available times and spots. There are usually two instructors teaching two groups. We allow only up to six people per instructor. Each class is 40 min long

St Bart’s Church. The address is 109 East 50th Street, New York, NY . The entrance is located on 50th Street between Park and Lexington Ave. It is very easy to get here by bicycle, subway and bus. Classes at this pool take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Our second location is Leman Pool located at 25 Greenwich St New York NY 10004. It is right in the middle of financial district in Manhattan. Classes at this pool take place on Sunday.

What to bring to the class:

Bring your swim suit, swim cap, a pair of goggles and a towel. You can also bring a lock. Changing rooms and showers are located by the pool.

Great instructors! Perfect for adults who want to learn how to swim. All instructors are super nice and very generous with their teaching. The classes are small and you are always put into the group that has similar level of skills as you. I really really love this place and it makes me fall in love with swimming!!

BEST swim school i've been to!Today's my 3rd session with the guys and i can already feel very big improvement. The instructors make learning swimming so easy, and really make sure you learn the skill while still creating a fun learning atmosphere! Really great experience with Swim Easy 👍🏼👍🏼

Highly recommend this place for adults who have little to no swimming experience. I never thought I'd be able to swim (let alone learn so quickly!) until I took a few classes here - the classes are really small so I had one-on-one time with the instructors (Matteo and Krzysztof), who were accommodating and seemed to know exactly what I needed to progress... I was swimming laps by the end of my second class! The facilities are standard and clean with showers and lockers for your belongings. Double thumbs up!

Swim Easy is a great place for anyone to learn how to swim. Having grown up with a fear of water, I was never able to learn, yet after just a few short months of attending classes, I have been able to get over my fear and am getting better every time. Krysztof, Devon and Matteo are all awesome and make it fun. I highly recommend this swim school to anyone.

I had a massive fear of water, did not know how to float, no idea about swim basics what so ever! Also, I am at the age where learning new sport doesn't come easy! Kris and his team are absolutely amazing and have helped me conquer all my fears. They are patient, work with you one on one and really care about making progress. I now swim few times a week and absolutely love it! This would not have been possible without Swim Easy and their dedication to making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Kris and his team for all ages and swim stages! THE BEST!

At 34 years old and 135 lbs (low body-fat), I thought I would never learn to swim. I would simply sink. However, the team at Swim Easy New York got me swimming laps in no time. The upgrade of the pool is great. There entrances to the pool with one of the entrances been a slope so that you can gradually walk into the pool.

The swimming coaches are so nice and have excellent teaching skills over there. The photos show me, who is afraid of back swimming, swam back on my own across the whole swimming pool. I didn’t believe it in the first place and thought Krzysztof(one coach there) was holding me, so he asked a nice guy to kindly shoot a video of me swimming on back alone. 5-star class and swimming beginners deserve it.

Learned how to swim and be comfortable in water. Krzysztof and his team of instructors were very patient and tailored what to teach according to my changing swimming level. They are all very friendly and encouraging and make you excited to learn more! Pricing is also very reasonable and classes aren't too crowded depending on what time you select.

Kryzs is a really great instructor as is Devin who is usually there with him. I started with a HUGE phobia due to nearly drowning as a child. They had the right about of patience along with motivation and pushing. They never made me or anyone around me feel uncomfortable. Really great people and really great environment overall. I've had many sessions with them and will continue until I completely master this fear.

I only went today for the first time, but the class is a great size. And the instructions were easy to follow. Everyone felt comfortable and in 1hr I learned how to position my arms, how to kick properly, and even how to flip over in the water. To be fair. I have a little experience (and I’m good in shallow water... haven’t gone to the deep end- my fear). Def signing up for more classes!

As someone who was terrified of learning how to swim as an adult I am happy that I signed up with Swim Easy. Krzysztof and Devon are great instructors and compliment each other very well and I am most appreciative of what I've accomplished thus far with their guidance and patience. They are the best!!!!!!

Before I started swimming classes with Swim Easy I carefully compiled a list of reasons why I should NOT enroll (well, I’m obviously too old, never swam in my life, everybody will definitely make fun of my failed attempts, and so on and so forth...). So I called Krzysztof and explained to him all the above and surprisingly he didn’t laugh, and instead he made me feel like I’m not the only one who feels this way, and he patiently explained why it won’t hurt to give it a try! So I purchased one class - in case all the above fears were to come true!Next day I showed up at the pool - terrified (as you’d expect) and I met Devon who made the experience really enjoyable and helped me overcome all my fears and really professionally helped me ease into it! Today (7 classes later) I can say that choosing Swim Easy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve made incredible progress and now I truly look forward to each class because the environment is super welcoming and fun, and Krzysztof and Devon really know what they’re doing. They demonstrate years and years of experience teaching adults and have real passion and a fantastic, encouraging attitude. What I really like is their individual approach to each student and their ability to determine exactly what each person needs to progress to the next level. I completely trust them because they got me to the point where I’m really comfortable in water and I can do things that I didn’t think were possible. Lastly - the pool is nice, their schedule is the most accommodating compared to other schools, and so are their prices (I already got my second package and got a discount on it :) ). They really make it so EASY! So if you’re just like me and have a million reasons why NOT to start, I highly recommend giving them a try, and you’ll be swimming in no time!

Krzysztof is an amazing swimming instructor. He is patient and knowledgeable and that was very important when I was choosing an instructor as I am learning how to swim as an adult. His adult swimming lessons are outstanding and you get a great workout while learning how to swim.

My son Ashton is 6 years old, he has been swimming with Krzysztof for 3 months now and he loves it. Ashton could not swim well when he first started. Now he can free style, backstroke and now is learning butterfly. Highly recommend Krzysztof he is super friendly, patient and very good with the kids.
